Maxine'S Easy Heart Healthy Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey, made in 6 patties
    2 Tbsp. margarine or 2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
    1 can Mrs. Grimes chopped Italian tomatoes
    1 pkg. egg noodles (yolkless)
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Dredge turkey patties in flour.
    Slowly saute in margarine or oil.
    While cooking, mix together and bring to a boil vegetable soup mix, can of tomatoes, water and yolkless noodles.
    Serve on platter topped with turkey patties.
    Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
