West Coast Bouillabaisse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced white onions
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with juice, cut up
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams with juice
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. cooked bay shrimp (thawed)
    1 halibut steak, cut in bite size pieces
    1 c. imitation crab meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 slices lemon
    French bread
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, saute onion, celery and garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
    Stir in broth, tomatoes with juice, clams with juice, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, Tabasco and bay leaf.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp, crab meat and halibut and cook for 5 minutes more.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
