Mexican Meat With Cornbread Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    garlic salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 c. cornbread mix, prepared
Preparation
    Cook meat until browned.
    Add salt, garlic salt, pepper, chili powder, onion, tomatoes and rice.
    Mix well.
    Cook until thoroughly heated and liquid is absorbed.
    Top with cornbread batter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
