Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
1 c. grated carrots
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, carrots, then rest of dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in muffin pans 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
