Crab Fettuccini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. low-fat milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, sliced thinly
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettuccini, cooked
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine until tender in a non-stick skillet.
    Add flour, parsley, salt and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add milk and cheese, stirring frequently to keep from sticking.
    Add crab meat and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Fold in cooked noodles.
    Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
