Spicy Hot Chili(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, undrained
    1 (15 oz.) can chili-style beans
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In microwave cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown; drain off fat.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, chili beans, catsup, jalapeno peppers, seasonings and water.
    Cover and cook at full power 10 to 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
