Fettuccine Alfredo(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine (oleo)
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    4 1/2 tsp. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 1/2 tsp. Neufchatel cheese
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. hot cooked fettuccine
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt oleo in saucepan. Add garlic. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add cheeses and pepper. Cook until melted. Serve on fettuccine; top with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
