Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. stewed squash and onion
    1 medium carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing or cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) or 1 can chicken mushroom soup
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Put a thin layer of stuffing in bottom of dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into casserole. Sprinkle stuffing on top and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
