Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tart apples, sliced thin
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
allspice or cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all together and pour into 9-inch crust.
Cover with top crust and put 5 slits into top of crust.
Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
