Easter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    2 sticks margarine
    3 heaping c. sugar
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    5 lb. or more flour
    1 egg, separated
    12 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. orange juice
    warm water (to dissolve yeast, about 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Heat milk with margarine until lukewarm.
    Add sugar.
    Beat on low speed until blended.
    Add dissolved yeast, 12 beaten eggs, salt, vanilla, orange juice and flour, 1 cup at a time.
    (Dough is not stiff.)
    Knead 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cover well.
    Set in a warm spot.
    Let raise.
    (Optional: May add raisins or mixed fruit.) Beat 1 egg white with a little water; brush on bread before baking.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
