Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine eggs, milk and butter; add to flour mixture.
Add corn.
Drop by spoonful into hot fat (375\u00b0) for about 3 minutes.
Makes 12 to 15 fritters.
