Quick Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 medium onion, cut in strips
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 pkg. mushroom gravy
    3/4 c. water
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips; brown in hot oil along with the green pepper and onion.
    Add all other ingredients except rice. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
