Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
    12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
    4 oz. Port wine
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Stir wine and juice together in saucepan to dissolve juice. Add berries, turn burner on high, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add ginger and nutmeg.
    Cool in serving dish.
    Regrigerate.
