Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 large or 2 small onions, sliced
    2 large bell peppers
    2 to 4 pieces fresh garlic, chopped
    2 large chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and cut in 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir and set aside.
    In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally.
    Cook about 3 minutes, then add onion and bell pepper and continue cooking about 2 minutes.
    Pour the sauce mixture and cook an additional 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve with rice or angel hair noodles. Serves 4.
