Cauliflower With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
    1 c. milk
    1 head cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of paprika
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bring 1-inch of water to a boil with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium saucepan.
    Add cauliflower.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes; drain and keep warm.
    Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
    Add flour, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and paprika, if desired.
    Cook and stir 3 minutes or until bubbly.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Arrange cauliflower on a platter and spoon cheese sauce over top.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
