Low-Fat Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. applesauce
7 1/4 tsp. Equal measure
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large bowl combine eggs, applesauce, bananas and Equal measure.
Mix in flour mixture; alternate with milk.
Stir in nuts (optional) and chocolate chips.
Pour into mini muffin tins, sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
