Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done; spread bread with butter and cube. Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place bread cubes in bottom.
    Sprinkle crumbled sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard.
    Pour over baking dish.
    Chill for 5 hours.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Can be made before hand and frozen before baking.
