Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. thin noodles
    1 small onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown chuck; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain; set aside.
    Cook noodles in boiling water.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
    Combine meat, noodles, mushrooms, onion, tomato sauce, cheese and all but 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour into two greased 2-quart casserole dishes.
    Top with reserved Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    You may freeze if you like.
