Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 can creamed corn
    3 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper juice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 c. grated onions
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain and set aside. Mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, creamed corn and jalapeno pepper juice. Grease iron skillet and layer the following: 1/2 batter, ground beef, grated onion, jalapenos, grated cheese and 1/2 batter. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
