Layered Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. shredded lettuce
2 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
3 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped cucumber
3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 c. seasoned croutons
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Layer lettuce, peas, chicken, tomatoes and cucumber in 5-quart bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and curry powder and spread over salad.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle with croutons and bacon crumbs.
You can combine ham with the chicken in this recipe, which is very good.
