Juanita'S Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 lemon rind, grated
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in the upper top of a double boiler.
Add the water; stir and cook over direct heat until thickened.
Place top pan in lower part of the boiler which contains the right amount of water.
Cover top pan and cook for 15 minutes.
