Microwave Bean Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    pickled jalapeno slices
Preparation
    Place 4 tortillas stacked between 2 damp paper towels. Microwave on High about 40 seconds.
    Spread each tortilla with 1/4 fried beans. Top each evenly with shredded cheese.
    Add a few slices of pickled jalapeno peppers. Fill in one side and roll up tortillas into tight cylinders.
    Place seam down on greased microwave-safe platter. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High until heated through and cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
