Yummy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt to taste
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Slice squash; cook until tender; drain and mash.
    Measure squash after it is cooked.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix all together.
    Add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and crackers.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned.
