Sweet And Sour Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry the bacon; drain most of the fat off.
    Beat the egg, sugar and flour.
    Add the vinegar and water.
    Add to bacon; cook over medium heat.
    It should be like a thin gravy.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Also, if you want it more sour, add more vinegar or, for sweeter, add more sugar.
