Apple Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine apples and sugar; toss to mix.
    Let stand 30 minutes. Add flour, salt and soda.
    Beat 1 minute on medium speed.
    Add eggs, oil, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Divide batter.
    Pour into three 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
    Frost cake with Coconut Pecan Frosting.
