Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. buttermilk (or milk and vinegar)
    1 1/4 c. bananas (3)
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. unbeaten eggs (2)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add and beat 2 minutes the oil, 1/3 cup buttermilk and bananas.
    Add and beat 2 more minutes the 1/3 cup buttermilk and unbeaten eggs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a loaf pan.
    Bake 30 minutes for layers.
    Two-thirds cup of nuts may be added.
