Fresh Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. peeled, diced apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. corn or vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Add water and cook about 1 minute.
Beat and spread on cake.
