Mexican Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad dressing (oil and vinegar type)
    1 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. rice
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cubed
    1 medium chopped tomato
    1/3 c. pitted ripe olive slices
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, combine salad dressing, chicken, broth, rice, chilies, chili powder and cumin.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer 25 minutes.
    Top with tomatoes and olives.
    Cover and continue cooking 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
