Pork Chop And Sweet Potato Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. fat
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. each: thyme and marjoram
    1 onion, sliced
    4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced (raw)
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 (19 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides in fat in skillet.
    Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
    Top with onion, potatoes and green pepper; add tomatoes.
    Cover and cook slowly 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
