Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and water in 1 1/2-quart saucepan, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring constantly, 4 minutes.
    Stir in milk; cover and heat through, but do not boil.
    Just before serving, beat with hand beater until foamy.
