Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix
all together.
Beat well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle
1/2
cup sugar evenly over top and let stand until sugar
dissolves
for
glaze.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 pies.
