Low-Fat Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 celery stalks, thinly sliced
    2 to 3 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. sliced cabbage or \"broccoli slaw\"
    1 large can (more than 16 oz.) tomatoes (undrained)
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. fresh green beans (1-inch pieces)
    1/2 c. pasta
    3 c. hot water
    2 tsp. instant beef broth or 2 envelopes
    1 tsp. each: oregano, thyme and basil
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole (for microwave) or large soup pot (for top of stove).
    Combine all ingredients, cover and microwave on High (about 45 minutes, stirring once), or simmer on the top of the stove, until all vegetables are tender.
