Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. bananas
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple. Mix by hand (no mixer).
    Fold in bananas and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
