Ambrosia Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe bananas, sliced
    1/3 c. orange juice
    6 Tbsp. honey
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Mash bananas until smooth and creamy; beat in orange juice, honey, salt and vanilla.
    Add milk; beat well and chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
