Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 3 lb. stew beef
    3 or 4 potatoes, quartered
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots (more if you like)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans tomato soup (Campbell's)
    seasoning (to your taste)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients, in a baking dish with lid.
    Mix tomato soup and water.
    Pour over ingredients and cover.
    Put in a 325\u00b0 oven and bake
    for 3 hours or until done.
