Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
sesame seed
jam
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Blend in almond extract and salt. Add flour.
Mix well.
Shape dough in balls.
Roll in sesame seed. Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Fill with jam.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
