Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Sift next 5 ingredients and add to mixture.
Stir, then add walnuts and raisins.
Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0 if you have a colored Bundt pan; if not, 300\u00b0 in a greased and floured pan.
