Applesauce Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. sugar
2 gal. flour
1/2 c. soda
1/4 c. baking powder
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cloves
1 1/2 gal. applesauce
20 eggs or 1 qt. frozen eggs
2 qt. oil
2 c. raisins
1/4 c. vanilla
2 c. buttermilk
3 c. walnuts

Preparation

Bake in 325\u00b0 convection oven for 25 minutes for muffins and 1 hour for loaves.
Yield: 250 muffins; use #14 or #16 scoop or 10 loaves of bread.
