Ranch Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake yeast
1/2 c. warm water
4 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. soda
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar and oil.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt together and add alternately with buttermilk to mixture.
Roll out on floured surface and cut into biscuits or drop by spoonful.
Does not have to rise, but they are better if left to rise 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
