Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Add 1 cup rice; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
