Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
grated cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
Beat eggs and soup together.
Stir in mayonnaise and onion.
Add broccoli.
Pour into a greased casserole dish; top with buttered crumbs and grated cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When prepared in advance, sprinkle on crumbs just before heating to avoid a soggy topping.
