Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 apples, diced
    1 c. small marshmallows
    1 can pineapple, drained
    pecans
    pineapple juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook beaten egg, sugar, pineapple juice and cornstarch until thickened.
    Let cool, then pour over apples, pineapple and marshmallows.
    Mix and refrigerate.
