Lemon Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind or a little more juice
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add sugar, flour, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake 20 more minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into squares.
