Venison In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. venison
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper, onion and thyme; coat venison. Melt butter; brown the venison.
    Place in baking pan.
