Fried Cabbage Noodle Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices bacon
1 small head cabbage or 1/2 large
1/2 bag medium or wide noodles
1 small onion
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut bacon slices crosswise into small pieces and brown in skillet.
Do not drain bacon grease.
Cut up onion and cabbage and add to bacon and drippings.
Cook, covered, until cabbage is cooked thoroughly; add pepper, stir or turn frequently with spatula.
Cook noodles until tender.
Drain and mix with cabbage mixture.
Serves 6. Can freeze.
