Ingredients

1 banana, sliced
1 egg white, unbeaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Beat on No. 8 speed on your mixer until fluffy and mixture will hold its shape, about 3 minutes.
