Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    9 Tbsp. butter
    2 chopped scallions
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 c. chicken stock
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoon butter; set aside.
    Saute scallions; set aside.
