Terrebone Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    1 c. washed raw rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 (3 oz.) mushrooms
    parsley, chopped
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt to taste
    red pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4.
