Lions Club Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 oz. catfish fillet (1/2 lb. per person)
    Louisiana hot sauce
    all-purpose flour
    peanut oil
    celery seed
    yellow corn meal
    cayenne pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Cut catfish into strips (2 to 3 to a fillet).
    Sprinkle Louisiana hot sauce on fish until it becomes a pale pink. Sprinkle celery seed over mixture.
    Sprinkle all-purpose flour very lightly; work into mixture.
