Creamy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium head cabbage (4 c.)
    1/2 c. sour cream (regular or fat-free)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Chill cabbage thoroughly.
    Shred fine.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage.
    Mix lightly.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Makes 6 servings.
    (I usually double the recipe as people go for seconds.)
